Cross-river state SOGON schedules handover ceremony

The Immediate past state coordinator of SOGON in Cross river state Prof. Mabel Ekot has scheduled the handover ceremony to the new coordinator Prof E.I Ekanem for Wednesday the 13th of October 2021.  In a statement in Calabar, Prof. Ekot also said that new State Executive members will be elected during the ceremony scheduled for the Seminar room, department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology UCTH.

Ebonyi State SOGON collaborates with the United States’ President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI)

EBOSOGON members will participate in next week’s orientation seminar organised by The United States President’s Malaria Initiative for states (PMI-S) plans on the dissemination of the new national guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of malaria in Nigeria. About 30 members will be participating.

We are in the second month of the last quarter of this year. Please find time to go through these notable events…

 Publicity –

1) we have to a commendable extent, recruited all members to this forum (Whatsapp).

2) we have reached out to some organisations who have accepted to collaborate with us. Courtesy visit to stakeholders will start next week… The coordinator of Imo State primary health and development agency has agreed to welcome us on Tuesday(12/10/21) by 9am. Others will be communicated once fixed.


1) International day of the girl child is on 12/10/21. In collaboration with GLADWICH and Rotary Club, a program on girl child empowerment with exposition on puberty and communication skills will hold at Aladinma primary school. further details will be communicated.


an OGM will hold on Sunday 14/11/21 at O$G Hall, FMC OWERRI by 1pm prompt.

2)Hosting of SOGON Eastern sector in March 2022.

ISUOG organises online Ultrasound scan training
